Party Time
—————————-
In London Town celebrating the little brothers birthday.
It can never be all work and no play, especially when your trying to raise the best athletes.
This is something that can always be so difficult to get right, but the reality is we all need rest days.
Days to eat what you want, do what you want, be and say what you want, within reason kids 🤪

But seriously rest days make you a better player on and off the pitch and help you grow.
If your constantly go go go your body never has time to recover and it’s that recovery process that stops us burning out, stops us getting sick and allows our body’s cells to refuel in order to go again.
The trick is knowing and recognising that rest days are part of the training plans and if your not scheduling rest days for your young athletes your setting them up to fail as it’s just not sustainable.

As long as you always go again, you got this.
Mindset needs to be on point also and a rest day will keep that fresh.
Literally all work and no play is not gunna work.
The older they get the less rest they are gunna need, still a rest day or two is 100% required 👍
Learn how and when to factor in rest days and what your young athlete should be eating on a normal rest day in my
