What a Sunday

You know what they say

‘A Sunday we’ll spend brings a weekend of content’

I’m not sure @zell_smith was feeling all that content when she finish most probably feeling a lot of pain but she absolutely smashed it 🔥

Inspirational in so many ways,

All the people that have trained for so many months all the frosty winter starts, dark mornings they have most probably dragged themselves out of bed for to fit a 2 hour run in before even starting the day,

All the families and friends that have gone out to support with nothing but pure love 🤍

Rob burrows watching him fly by with his amazing friends around him and knowing his story and how much he has achieved,

My little sister 🤍🔥

I think we as a family sometimes take it for granted when we watch one of us in a marathon or do one ourselves but it huge, it’s incredible, it truly is inspiring.

And I’m sure all my children have and will have completed a half and or full marathon in there lives

JUST WOW

What an achievement, what an example to set for our children what a truly inspiring, motivated, loving and healthy family I have grown up into.

Watching my little sister complete the Leeds marathon on that Sunday, knowing the pain, knowing the sacrifice, know all the training she had put in was nothing sort of inspiring.

And I know I have said inspiring a lot throughout this post, please let me tell you I don’t say it lightly and I do mean every word and if there is nothing that inspires me more to get off my backside and move, to get through all the tough times, to keep going when I feel exhausted it’s my bloody amazing family. 🤍🤍
