Goals- The road is long

Sometimes goals seem so far away!

But that's the point.

Set a goal that scares you, that seems far away, that seems hard to obtain.

Then put the plan in place to go smash it.

The plan needs to be little bite sized pieces that can easily be digested each and everyday.

That little bit of consistently each and everyday, that little bit that is so easy to do but seems like it's not getting you anywhere,

is the action that needs to take place.

Put it in your routine.

Make it become a daily habit.

Did you know it takes 21 days to form a habit

90 days to form a lifestyle.

It's hard work, there's no getting away from that and as a mother of 3 I have, really had to learn on the job, how best to fuel my kids.

How to fuel them daily

How to fuel them before a match

How to fuel them after training!

It matters soooooo much but there's such little guidance out there.

If you don't know you don't know.

I've trained in nutrition for the last 5 years and I still get stuck on how and what to feed them some days.

With such a hectic timetable which I'm sure anyone with kids can relate to. It's not always easy to get your nutrition timings right.

And if you don't it can make a difference;

On your child's sleep that night

On their mood for the day

On their productivity

On their speed

On their mindset

So much depends on what you eat, and as a parent we are programmed to make sure our children are fed.

But with so much rubbish out there;

What

How

When

We plan, help and guide all our young athletes through their weekly nutrition plans with just a little bit of manageable action each and everyday. 😁
