Don't get me wrong, sometimes the fact you've even managed to get your young athlete to training or matches along side everything else is a miricle, believe me 😫

However if your looking to go that extra mile, sometimes quite literally. Nutrition is a really good place to start.


What they are eating the night before,

The morning of

An hour before

Right up until kickoff is extremely important.

Too little and not enough power to perform

Too much and sluggish not performing on the pitch come game time.


We are all different and we all have different needs but the match day nutrituon blue print is fundamentally the same.


I don't know about you but the idea of someone doing this for me would be so welcomed 😊
